  Proposed Project Content and Description：The East Changping New Town Area covers a planned area of 11.5 km² , with a planned population of 123,000. Boasted with an excellent natural environment, developed traffic network, perfect supporting functions, clusters of high-tech enterprises, sufficient land stock and other advantages, the project constructs a spatial structure of“one core, two belts, and multiple zones”to create an overall spatial pattern of“mountains, water and cities”. At present, the Central Zone of East New Town Area has nearly completed its level-I development work, meeting the conditions for land provision.The central zone plans for 66.8 hectares of land use and a construction scale of 1.51 million square meters. The layout includes commercial malls, waterfront business streets, hotels, specialty shopping streets, business offices, TOD offices, garden-style business offices, and high-quality residential projects. The plan is to use the central area as the development engine to create a series of unique, diverse, and fashionable consumption complexes and leisure check-in spots, building a new landmark for consumption that serves all of Beijing and radiates throughout the capital region
